MBLA’s recently completed apartment building at Broad Road in Sale has just been announced winner of the Best Public Housing Award at the 2008 Brick Awards.
Judges praised the development saying;
”This building makes the best of what initially appears to be an unpromising site. The accommodation is arranged so that the flats have an open aspect and yet are protected from the rail noise. The brickwork is exceptionally well laid. Difficult features are skilfully executed contributing to the striking appearance of this elegant building.”
