MBLA have masterplanned 7 sites to create a comprehensive regeneration proposal incorporating mixed uses into a housing lead HRA PFI project in Oldham. Working with the natural attributes of the sites our proposals integrate built fabric with a high quality public realm. Proposed landscape is centered around the themes of health, well being and sustainability incorporating community allotment gardens, wildlife habitat and sustainable urban drainage systems.
The existing housing stock of circa 400 dwellings will be comprehensively refurbished and complemented by circa 450 new homes in a range of typologies to offer increased diversity and choice for new and exising residents.
