A prestige office development in South Manchester comprising 40,000 sqft of space with basement and secure courtyard parking. MBLA was lead consultant for this development, built for marketing at £15-£18 per sqft. The scheme was built using a traditional procurement route over a 52 week period with Jarvis Construction as the main contractor. The project was fully let shortly following completion for rates in excess of the business plan projections. The scheme was awarded Trafford Building of the Year in 1997.
