MBLA were comissioned by LPC living to prepare a masterplan for this strategically important site which sits at the corner of Trafford Road and Phoebe Street in Salford. The proposals, forming part of a wider regeneration strategy sought to recognize and serve as a marker for the revitalized neighbourhood of Ordsall to the east and form strong linkages with the dynamic redevelopment of Salford Quays to the west. A mixed use development was proposed including a residential tower, town houses, health centre and new shops facing Trafford Road.
