Preston (2009)

As part of Grosvenor Estate’s Preston Titethbarn City Centre Masterplan, MBLA were responsible for the detail design of Block F entailing new commercial accommodation at ground and first floor levels with over 600 new apartments above podium level.  MBLA also provided design options for the block containing anchor tenant Marks and Spencer.  The designs were progressed in line with the specific requirements of Grosvenor Estates & Lend Lease and in accord with the overall masterplan designers BDP up to the completion of the Stage C  Design Report prior to a favourable CABE review.  The scheme has received outline planning permission and endorsement at a public enquiry.
