MBLA were appointed by Manchester City Council to develop the advisory layout for competitive design and tender submissions, for the Maine Road site, the former site of Manchester City Football Club. The mixture of apartments and houses provided 542 dwellings across 17 acres of land and integrated a new school and shops into the urban structure.
