Icon 25 provides 119  apartments (1 ,2 and 3 bed ) of varying sizes from first to sixth floor with retail, work and leisure accommodation at ground floor level and parking below. The existing diverse urban fabric is complemented by the use of traditional materials detailed in a reductive contemporary manner with the overall massing articulated in a similarly streamlined way.  The private inner courtyard and recessed domestic balconies are treated with light reflecting white brickwork articluating their more withdrawn private nature in contrast to the more public street facades faced with dark plum coloured brickwork.
