The project represents the first phase of the Bowes street and Stage Coach Master plan prepared by MBLA for Manchester City Council. The scheme entails the face lift of 97 properties across multiple tenure status, upgrade of the public realm and the modification of 64 no council owned properties for sale on the open market. Alterations range from internal modifications at ground floor level upto formation of new large 4 bed family houses by converting two existing properties into one single family house with integrated garage.
